Do you charge taxes?
All orders within the state of Nevada are charged a 7.75% sales tax.  No sales tax is charged for orders outside of Nevada. 

Do you carry catalogs?
Our website is the most current and extensive list of our available products.  We do plan on developing a catalog in the future.  Please email us if you would like to be added to our mailing list.

Is your website secure?
Yes, our shopping cart is secured through Paypal.

Do you ship internationally?
We are able to ship a select number of products internationally.  Please contact us to determine whether the product you are interested in can be shipped to your international destination.

Do you share buyer’s information?
It is our policy to not distribute any personal information to any third party for any reason. 

Can I pay using a check?
You can pay using a check.  You can mail the check to our address at 706 Wells Road, Boulder City, Nevada 89005.  We will not ship any check orders until the funds have cleared our bank, which takes approximately ten days.  We recommend that you call for the total order amount, including shipping charges, to avoid any delays.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. 

Can payments be made with a purchase order?
We do accept purchase orders from companies that have a completed and approved credit application.  Please contact our representatives in order to set up credit terms.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
Our main warehouse is in Boulder City, Nevada.  Most of our shipments originate from that location.  Usually, any shipments within the continental US are received within 5-7 business days via UPS. 

Can I get personal replies to my questions?

How do I know I can trust you?

You can order online via our secure shopping cart or you can call us at 1-877-422-4339.  Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with your order.

What if I don’t see the item I need?
Please email or call one of our customer service representatives to see if we have that product available via special order. 

Do you assist with insurance claim processing?
Currently, we do not assist customers with their insurance billing.  We hope to add that service in the near future.

Do you offer volume discounts?
We would be happy to consider requests for discounts based upon the number of units purchased.  The minimum requirement for us to consider a discount is three units purchased in one order.  Please call us at 1-877-422-4339 or email us for additional questions regarding volume discounts.
